INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 lb ground turkey
1/2 cup bread crumbs (or 2 slices of stale or toasted bread finely diced)
2 cloves garlic mashed
one egg (for low cholestrol you can just use the 'whites')

finely dice:
2 stalk celery finely
1 carrot
1/2 lg onion
1/2 red bell pepper (optional)
--you can pretty much add any veg. you like, sometimes I chop a little parsley (cilantro would be okay too) or zuchini

1 t salt
1/2 t pepper
1 T shoyu
1 t worchestershire sauce
pinch season salt and garlic salt (optional)
2 T catsup (optional)

1 can condensed tomato soup (to be added near end of cooking)

DAN'S TURKEY MEAT LOAF

What to Do
Combine ingredients and form in loaf pan, or any shape you like (remember the shape [thickness, etc] dictates cooking time)

Bake in 350 degree oven for approx. 45 mins

Remove and cover top of meatloaf with 1/2 can of condensed tomato soup (more or less, depending on preference)

Bake for 15 more minutes

Remove from oven and 'rest' 10-15 minutes before slicing.

Serve with corn on the cob and 'gohan.'
